First let me say that I absolutely love the Rize After Hours Chocolate!!! I have Adult ADHD and eating my 1 sq of rize bar every morning has improved my focus and allowed me to concentrate and complete one task at a time. It has improved how efficient and productive I am. It just seems to allow my brain time to calm down and relax.
Second, the customer service I received from this company is top tier.
I recently relocated to a new city(Nashville ) however I did not get my address changed in time to stop my chocolate from being delivered to my old address. I tried to
Intercept the parcel, but did not make in time. The current resident claim they never saw it. It was a complete loss, or so I thought. I was very disappointed because this shipment included a free pack. Well, I reached out to rize and explained what happened. Kevin handled my case. He was polite and genuinely concerned. He updated my mailing address and sent me a replacement shipment with free pack. I had placed an order for the new Matcha flavor that very morning. Kevin put the replacement order together with new order do they would arrive together. He was so kind and courteous. He understood my situation. He understood how disappointed I was about my free pack and he showed genuine concern and urgency in helping get my items replaced. He made feel appreciated as a customer. His emails were personal and not AI generated. I compared this customer service to Chick-fil-A. I give rize and Kevin and his team a 10 out of 10. Great Job!!!

I enjoyed the milk chocolate bar this weekend and my wife had the crispy chocolate . We both ate all 15 pieces and it was the best experience I’ve ever had with the chocolate bars.
