Order Confirmation

• Orders received by 2pm PST Sunday through Wednesday usually ship next business day. Items are heat sensitive so overnight shipping is highly recommended. 

• You will receive an Order Confirmation email when your order is placed. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation, containing tracking information.

• If you don’t receive an email confirmation it may be because your email was entered incorrectly or because your mail filter has mistakenly routed the message to your Spam/Junk Mail folder. Please Contact Us right away if you do not receive an order confirmation email.

• Orders received Friday and Saturday will usually ship out on Monday.

Discretion & Security

We understand the importance of privacy. Every order is packaged with the utmost care and discretion.

• Plain Packaging: All orders are shipped in sturdy, plain, unbranded cardboard boxes or padded envelopes. There is no external indication of the contents or any reference to “Rize Mushrooms” or “mushrooms” on the packaging or shipping label.

• Secure Sealing: All products are securely sealed inside the package to ensure freshness and confidentiality during transit.

International Shipping Details

We ship to a wide range of countries. Please review the following information carefully.

1. Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship to over 50 countries, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, European Union nations, Australia, and many others.

• Please note: It is your responsibility to be aware of and understand the import laws and regulations regarding our products in your country/state/province before placing an order. Rize Mushrooms Store cannot be held responsible for items seized by customs authorities.

2. Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Saturday, including public holidays) after payment is confirmed.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times:
Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing and local postal services.

4. Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order and your destination. You will see the final shipping cost before you complete your purchase.

Free Shipping is available on all CRYPTOCURRENCY PYMENTS for orders over $500 USD.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey. This allows you to see the progress of your delivery in real-time.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• International Customs: For international shipments, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by your local customs office. We are unable to predict or control these charges.

• Package Description: For customs declarations, the contents will be listed in a general and accurate manner, such as “Dietary Supplements” or “Herbal Tea Blends,” with a corresponding low, declarative value to comply with international shipping regulations.

• Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is 100% correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
