Outstanding Customer Service
I’ve had a subscription for about a year now and only this once have come across any sort of hiccup (item lost in transit). A response came back minutes after I sent an email on the eve of Thanksgiving, when I would expect an understandable delay.
Great tasting gummies, but arguably the most important, the customer service the team provides is beyond any other competitor (and in general) I’ve ever had to talk with.
Rose & Júlia resolved my concerns and then some.
They provided me a refund on this order for the inconvenience, a discount on my next order and corrected a mistake in the subscription price since I made changes to my subscription. All of which I really wasn’t expecting, but just another reason why I choose Everyday Dose over any others!
